Before any film moves into production, I focus on building the project the right way—developing the script, assembling the right director and creative team, exploring incentives, and beginning early conversations around distribution and audience positioning. By doing this work upfront, each film is positioned to be creatively strong while also reducing risk, ensuring the project moves forward on a solid foundation both artistically and commercially.
